Where is this Magic Water located or what do I have to do in order to obtain it. (I'm currently trying to court Kagetsu)*.
*Note: I'm playing the Japanese version, so this is why I'm already in my second year.

It can be won from the Rare Coin Raffle booth at the Bazaar when it reaches 75%. You have to turn in Gold, Silver, or Bronze coins to get a ticket
