No other way to save?

I just got Grand Bazaar today and I've noticed there is no way to save aside from going to sleep. Is that really the only way to do it?

That is the only way to save. It is the same in Twin Villages.

Oh, that's a little inconvenient. Oh well, so far I've liked it aside from how real time it is, it makes it hard when you're trying to make decisions or you're going through you're pack. Although IRL people don't stand around for twenty minutes while you go and look up what item they want. Haha!

Wow, seriously? That sucks, but in a way, it doesn't matter for me. I usually only save before bed, anyway. xD It'll just be a minor inconvenience at some points, but whatev. *shrugs*

Thats the way it is in HM:64 too, and I didnt mind it at all.
But what Ive gathered from what everyone says, im guessing time doesnt stop when you are indoors? What about when you are in a menu screen or something or does the clock just keep on ticking

It keeps going unless you're talking to someone or you shut the DS. Its the only way, but at least shutting it works, I started to panic until I found that out. Hehe.

Time passes indoors and I'm pretty sure it does while you're in your menu screen too.

« Puppy Doodoo », Oh well, I guess it makes the game more realistic, just like Lilies for Harvest said.

I know! XP I also like the convenience of saving anywhere anytime..But if the time passes quickly I guess it wouldn't matter as much.Oh well. XD

That's going to be very inconvenient. D: And the time never stops, either? Ugh, I always get horribly stressed out when I see how quickly time passes in-game... I can deal with it not stopping indoors, but the game won't even let me get a break on menu screens? Goddamnit.
