I don't think so...I'm not even sure you can litter. the stuff just bounces around if you toss it down. It does vanish if you leave the screen though

You can litter,
when you leave the scene, & it vanishes then it will count as littering.

afraid of that...it didn't vanish right away so I wasn't sure. I accidentally picked a flower and didn't have room for it so I tossed it down.
