Bazaar Tips?

So I'm about to head into my second year, and I don't really fair out to well at the Bazaar. I have the 25% upgrade, and I expanded my stall once to sell some more stuff. Any good tips into making a lot?

Fertilize your crops a couple of times to get a higher quality product and then cook them into dishes. Like turnips into turnip salad.
