What Do You Think of Each of the Marriage Candidates So Far?

I finally got my game! Yay! It's so fun. Anyway, here are my impressions for now.

Girls:
Antoinette: Really great sprite and design, I like her personality, the antisocial thing, it somehow feels like a mix between Lanna and Mary, even though they are nearly exact opposites, it sort of is, like Mary's sort of antisocial and Lanna is fashionable. My current fave and focus.
Daisy: She comes 2nd to Antoinette, adorable and optimistic, but the dress is too fluffy. ^_^ Cute though, and I like her voice.
Freya: 3rd. I never did like Karen, I always went for Elli or Mary, but I do like her design, I just hate the fact that she's always at your stand but never buys anything. I also hate the career type girls and driven type girls sometimes.
Sherry: Ew... Sherry. Generic, lame design, gossip, pokes into everyone's business. Never going to like her, but somehow, I feel the need to get all the heart events so I'm forced to court her.

Boys:
Dirk: Cute! My fave. I love the sprite that looks nearly exactly like your child that won't fit with the others. He also has that mature charm to him. Reminds me of Pierre, with the hat and the small-ness. I love his voice and his conversations. He has an energetic and sweet aura that I felt none of the others had that much.
Ivan: Second. Ivan sort of reminds me now of Cliff, Tim, and Will mixed up. Cliff's dramatic past, Tim's serious aura at times, and Will's charm and good manners. The bookish ones also appeal to me, but it's just that Dirk's features prevent him from being my fave.
Angelo: Hippie like Gustafa, but sort of poetic like... Skye. Angelo has a nice sprite but I don't like his boring and generic personality.
Lloyd: Eww. Lloyd. His personality is un-appealing, very annoying. Maybe if they cut out his body and retained his face and instead, made him wear a suit I would like him, but his body and hat is weird and ugly. It makes him even worse to me.

Haven't met Emiko and Amir yet, but I'm expecting to like them. Amir seems like Kai (winter version) and Emiko is like the Harvest Goddess mixed with Yue from Rune Factory 2.

Girls:
Antoinette: She's pretty cute/ok. *hidesfrombullets*
Daisy: Ahhhhhhh, her design pisses me off. Dl
Freya: LOL, FREYA'S COOL 8D I LIKE HER!
Sherry: Awww, she's friggn adorable. :D....she'd make a good housewaifu, LOL


Boys:
Dirk: Ugghhhhhh, donotwant. :/ I like his hot older brother instead. xD
Ivan: I love his clothes! He's pretty cute~ I've grown to love him...maybe it's cause our hearts go up so quickly...or maybe you tend to like a guy after you chase after him every morning before he leaves for the city. xD
Angelo: Ughh, he's pretty boring! I love his house though! Not a bad design either.
Lloyd: Mr.DARKANDMYSTERIOUS, lol, at least that's what I thought when I first saw him. xD He's my favorite!

Hey, isn't it kinda mean to have to seduce one brother just to marry the other? I mean....really.


Haven't met Emiko, but I really want Amir, LOL.

For me, Freya and Daisy are a lot higher in my books. Freya seems a lot more sophisticated and quite mature, even though I think it was made out to be that she was like... a « Baaaa *glomp* » and stuff. I think it's quite wrong to say she's like Karen (although I'm used to the abrasive and crazy 64 Karen so idk), but I definitely like her a lot better.

And then with Daisy, I thought she would be like MT ANNOYING Popuri, but basically, she's just been a very happy, endearing, awesome girl.

Sherry's still the top girl for me, but I wish I knew about her more. I'm still going to woo her of course, but if I don't take to her, I'm sure that I'll go for Daisy. I'll be wooing both, even though I like Freya a lot. Antoinette is still the same for me innit that she's pretty annoying and blah. Still lowest on the list. Emiko... not sure about her yet.

Angelo's voice surprised me a bit, such a high-pitched voice! But it charmed me nonetheless; being an artist myself is also a plus. (So I don't mind him saying all these hippie shiz, I say those kinds of things every once in a while too haha) so I'm loving him so far.

Lloyd's personality is kind of cute too, especially when he smiles on lines where I didn't expect him too! So that's a plus too.

Derek and Ivan seem kind of bland.

I wish you could marry Mira/Marie. (The blond with a cute white hat?) she's adorable.

No other girls have caught my eye though.

I know! When Loyd smiled about the "You'd better not be slacking off" I just went dawwww because it was just such a surprising/endearing take on the dialogue.

Daisy- I really like her thus far. She is nice, happy-go-lucky, and energetic. She has a nice laugh, and is very pretty. She is a hard worker which is a plus, and she manages to put a smile on my face.

Freya- WOW. Freya is very sophisticated, and I like the fact that she is an independent character with a job in the city. She is also very pretty, and has this cooler more relaxed attitude then Daisy which is nice.

Sherry- Eh, she seems boring :/ typical Mayor's daughter who is concerned about the town. I don't like her...

Antionette- Amazing personality, I LOVE the coldness bitter attitude. However, I question why she is so unpoportioned. Her body is a stick and her head is HUGE. She looks like a lolipop

Emiko- I love the special girls, but this one...idk yet as I haven't met her.

Angelo- If HM offered same-« Chicken Hugging » marriage I would consider him ;) Man is he awesome.

I must say, I kinda agree with this. I haven't really thought of most HM bachelors as cute as the girls. But for me, Will, Gill, and Ivan have kind of been like eye candy. xD
And plus, look at the sig of the person above you. If Kamil isn't cute, then I don't know who is.

Well I always save the HM games for until they come out in English because I want to fully enjoy them. But I took a peek at the thread for twin villages and the guys do look pretty cute XD The developers must have realized they've been missing their mark lately. Argh, now I really want to play it >_<

I really enjoyed the extra dialogue I got with Ivan when I totally crashed at his house during a typhoon. Answered a question I had.

Also when Lloyd asked me "What, is it your job to wander around the town?" I lol'd pretty hard. I like his attitude about things. He's pretty generally hilarious X3.

I continue to like Antoinette's intense social awkwardness. Especially when I visit her at like, eleven o'clock at night and she's all, "It's really late, you know. You're weird for coming here."

I'm like, "But I have to give you this frog! I forgot to earlier!"

That's me, sneaking into girls' bedrooms at night to give them frogs.

I do love Lloyd's dialogues; and I didn't even notice the wheeze thing that everyone kept bringing up until I made myself listen for it. I kind of hope I can unhear it now... Q_Q
