What Do You Think of Each of the Marriage Candidates So Far?

Well, now I've seen Ivan's Yellow event, and although it wasn't necessarily super romantic, I loved giving him the advice I thought was best, and the way the dialogue turned out. I just wish after I married Ivan, Dirk could come and live with us. I know he's getting to be a big boy, but since the other bachelors don't get married in this game, I don't want Dirk to keep living in their family's house all alone :o

I bet Ivan won't bring his father's books with him either, even though that would make sense XD I guess I will just rely on the power of imagination.

I really wish this game had friendship events for the girls. I really ended up loving Antoinette to bits, even when I didn't expect to. She has eclipsed Sherry, because I just fall in love with most anybody who's socially awkward XDXD.

I'm probably going to push off marriage for a while, since I want to keep seeing events and there's no one to actually take your male bride away from you X3

Also, Dirk always makes me lol. He's such a charming and goofy boy. I don't see him as mature at all, given that he collects bugs explicitly to give to Kevin to pull pranks and all, but he's fun-loving. Not child-like, but definitely not a 'responsible adult.'

I love that one of his wow foods is party cake, which is Ivan's horror food X3 I wonder if Dirk was always demanding it growing up, which led to Ivan's horror X3

I've palyed awhile and now I am going for Ivan though still haven't meet Amir yet so still not sure on which one I'm going for.

lloyd:creepy. he sounds like he smokes, and he dresses like a ...idk/ just really weird, especially with the head wrap 0_0 somehow, i got all bachelors to blue or higher accidentally. his black heart rival event is funny. sherry looks creeped out XD
dirk:kid. annoying. there ya go. also, all he likes are beetles, and i had to raise his heart to green for ivan. difficult too. -.-
ivan:favorite~mature, again. the only problem is all he talks about is work >_<
angelo:cut the hair, and hit puberty. hes got a five yr olds voice. im an artist, but he seems like a hippie.(i was told hippies are jobless drug addicts)
amir:idk. i dont knowhim well. but hes boring T_T

Not too sure, but when I get this game, I might as well play as a boy.

The bachelors aren't exactly... marriageable to me.

But, if I really had to choose, maybe Emiko (Since she's exotic and pretty) as a boy, and Amir (Only because he has the same name as one of my best friends) if I decide to play as a girl.

wow, no one likes Amir, do they? i found him to be the best in the whole series so far (even better than Skye from HMDSC, and that's saying something.). He's sweet and funny and his Yellow Heart Event is so romantic, so much more than the other ones in the game.

and i LOVE this after marriage line, "It's time for bed. Shall I be your nightingale tonight? Where I'm from, it's a tradition for husbands to sing their wives to sleep..." I LOVE IT! it's so sweet!

I'm pretty taken with Antoinette so far. I'm not a big fan of ditsy people myself, and although Freya is pretty cool and I haven't met Emiko yet I'm leaning towards Antoinette. Although bravo on HM for using a Norse Goddess name...pretty cool. Maybe it was a mistake. Hope not =D

I also like Amir :) When I posted my above comments about Ivan, Amir had not yet shown up in Zephyr Town for the first time. I was actually surprised by how much I liked him, since I expected to be relatively neutral on him (as in, fine as a friend, but not interested in courting). Now I'm reserving judgement on who I marry until I see all heart events and both proposals. I still love Ivan, but I like Amir because he's quiet and serious and a little troubled, even if he is a big ol' siscon X3.

I think if you marry him and then have the boy child he may be a little suspicious of you, though XD. Since that kid looks absolutely nothing like either of you X3. I miss the kids that looked like the op. parent. I wish there was the possibility of both kids that look like the PC and kids that look like the husband/wife. Even if it was just exactly the same model/portrait recolored/reskinned.

I quite like him as well, and he is who I am marrying on my girl file. I think in the US the guys are actually quite balanced in their fanbases for this game, it certainly convinced me to see all of their heart events at least.

^ My experience is pretty much ditto. :) Amir turned out to be entirely different from what I expected. He's definitely the most romantic of the bunch - what a doll! He won me over pretty quickly, and I was sure I wouldn't like him much at all.
I'm still debating between the bachelors too. Ivan's still probably my favorite... but it's a close race. Mwahaha!

I liked Skye from DS Cute more, but he's still pretty cool.
Plus, his clothes are pretty colors~ Brownie points!
Though I have to say, his whole 'What's this feeling...? It's as if this item is calling to me...' thing makes me >__________>.
It's still funny either way though.
My least favorite of the guys is Angelo. I don't like his voice, his clothes, or his personality.

My favorite girl is Sherry. xD
Her character is just cute, even if she's a little bland. (Though she's probably more interesting once you see her heart events and stuff).
Antoinette is my least favorite of the girls. 0-o; I find her annoying and extremely unattractive. To me, she seems more conceited than awkward.

I guess I like the underdogs in this game, haha. I love both Dirk and Daisy, probably for similar reasons xD. They both have adorable designs and seem like fun. Dirk's got spunk, which is something I find the other bachelors are lacking (except Amir, haven't met him yet). And Daisy's just too cute; I love how excited she gets over flowers!

However, while I'm absolutely planning on marrying Dirk (without having Amir in the picture yet, of course), I couldn't make myself marry Daisy on a boy file; I'd feel like I hired her to work around my house :| I wish she'd put down that feather duster once in a while.

Oh man, Amir's yellow heart event is adorable. I think it's definitely worth waiting to see it, especially if you have the least bit of interest in Amir.

I feel so conflicted X3. How can I possibly choose? :O
