I wanna ask what it is おやつ. I get it from some lady at the beginning of game in animal village after she show me my chicken.

おやつ it is some kind of cookie ? What can I do with it ? I can't eat it .

It's a treat for your animals. I suggest giving it to a chicken, since there are few other ways to raise their affection. Hold the treat, walk up to the animal and press A.

You can buy different types as well but I don't think there's a difference between them.
