I have questions about Lillian who works at the chicken farm.

What is her illness?

Is she blind? I've never seen her open her eyes.

her name is Lillia not Lillian; also she not blind, her sickness is congenital disease according to Doctor.

she doesn't, and even her son, Rick and daughter, Popuri do not notice it. It is just Manna who talks about Zack's affection towards to Lillia. Manna is such a good source of rumors(or i shall cal it facts? hehe).

No. In a random event that includes Zack and Lillia, she's oblivious to it. But he really does love her though. Notice that in the back of Zack's home, there are pictures on the wall. Press 'A' and it'll say something like "Lillia's picture" :]

But her husband thats off looking for her cure (against her will) is friends with Zack so he never makes a move on her.

She's definately not blind. I've seen her open her eyes before. Both HM64 and this game she has her eyes closed a lot. It's like she's laughing all cutsie, I guess.
