Sorry, if this has been said or asked before, but on the bottom right part of the page, there used to be this little bar thing that could let you get to the forums without having to go back to the index? Is it only gone for me?

Scrolly bar? You mean the "Jump To" dropdown list? I guess that Cher disabled it, or an update disabled it and Cher hasn't re-enabled it yet.
