but do they look the same for the most part?
cuz i see the village with the oriental theme, are they both like that?

and so it is possible to marry someone from the other village?

No, they don't look the same. (decoration-wise) Konohana has a Japanese theme of decour and Blue Bell has a westernized theme. I'm not sure about maps and locations (like if the set up is the same, store next to store, house next to river etc) but I know that the places look different. I'm guessing that the oriental place was Kono not Blue

Edit: Yes, you can marry all the bachelors/ettes. you have the option of moving between towns, so you can make friends with all of the NPCs and likewise, you can marry whoever you want in either town (you know what I mean) :D
