how do u get tea cans?

By bringing tea leaves [fall, summer, spring tea leaves] to the windmill on your farm, you can create tea cans. Some teas require extra ingredients. You can get tea tree seeds from Sherry's store in the fall at the Bazaar when your Bazaar level is 25%.

You can also get tea cans as bazaar prizes and festival winnings (I think you can get some in festivals). You also have a chance of getting one if you jump in the rivers.
