I thought it may be helpful to someone to make a flowchart of requests and when they become available. I'm sorry it's pretty ugly; I can't line them up with spacing because of forum display settings.

Italics are upgrades I'm guessing on. Parentheses are not requests, but requirements that you may fulfill. Brackets indicate requests that pop up by default; you will not get a choice of upgrades that month, it's that upgrade or nothing. I included them so you can avoid them if you are aiming for a certain upgrade the next month. If you don't want to be stuck with the triple bed upgrade for example, don't get married the month before!

I guessed on a few based on what other people have said, and there were other options on some that I no longer remember. For example I don't remember when the house upgrade becomes available. Possibly the beginning of year 2.

Finally, I certainly haven't done all the upgrades, but this is what I have been able to figure out so far.

Both Towns

(3 Village Hearts) --> Tunnel 1 --> (5-7 Village Hearts?) --> Tunnel 2 --> (10 Village Hearts) --> Tunnel 3

(Year 2 Spring or Later, 2 Flowers with Airin, Request Level 3) --> [Double Bed] --> (Marriage) --> [Triple Bed]
Info from here.

Bluebell

Bee Box 1 --> Bee Box 2 --> Bee Box 3
NOTE: I'm not sure how many upgrades you need to get all 6 beehives. My guess is 3, based on the number of upgrades I've done and the percentage my bookcase shows.

Pasture 1 --> Pasture 2 --> Pasture 3 --> Field 4 (No more animals with this, just more planting space) --> Field 5
Pasture 3 --> Pet Playground --> Makers --> Drink Maker

Konohana

Field 1 --> Field 2 --> Field 3 --> Field 4 --> Field 5
Field 3 --> Water Wheel/Paddy/Makers --> Pickle Maker
Water Wheel --> Fish Pond
Water Wheel --> Paddy 2 --> Paddy 3 --> Paddy 4

I'm not certain but I think I read that you can start getting mine upgrades once you complete a farm. The hot spring comes after both farms are 100%.

I think there are actually several active players, but I could be wrong. Thank you so much for this information!

Pretty sure you can get the double bed request before you reach the red flower stage, as Airin was spamming me with it for three seasons starting in Spring of Year 2 until I finally found the materials. I think highest flowers I had with any of the bachelors were blue.

Okay, I think you're right. Now that you mention it, I'm pretty sure I did that request in winter of year 1, and I didn't get married until Fall year 2. I got married first chance I had, so I must not have had anyone at red heart in year 1. I wonder what makes it appear then? I'll put a question mark for now. Thanks.
