Ushi No Tane Forum

For those of you who have already played this, and have also played GB, is this game better? I found myself very bored with GB after a short time and am hoping this game is much better! What do you think?

I enjoy this game and GrB. Both games have their pros and cons but they are both good games.

Yes, this game is better:
- you get requests from villagers
- the mountain between two villages if full of interesting places
- you can date bachelo/ettes
- plot
- original-looking Konohana
- new animals to befriend (alpaca, bear, weasels)
- new system of catching fish
- new crops
- the game is more challenging.

I think one of the most clever things about this game is that you'll get so much playing time out of it. There are many interesting upgrades that you can't unlock until several years into the game (hot spring I think is only after you've upgraded BOTH farms 100%, which takes 8-10 years or so 0.0). Whether that's a pro or a con to you is debatable of course, but I've never stayed interested in a HM game for so long before so I like it a lot.

WB/GB bored me fairly soon too. My only motivation to keep playing beyond year 2 is to unlock the different colors of pets and maybe have a baby, but those are pretty boring goals (sorry baby).

I liked grand bazaar in the beginning but there was really no house upgrades.... idk everything was boring to me.
