If you want easy ways to get money...I would just forrage everything and get lots of chickens to sell the eggs. This is an easy way to get money...and it has worked for me in the past. You can also mine and fish if that appeals to you.

If you're talking about getting married you need to raise a bachelor/bachelorette's heart to red, seen all said person's heart events, have your house at L, have a bed for your spouse, and have gotten said person's sunstones (check the site for that). Once you've done all that you can propose with a blue feather which can be boughten from Chen whenever you have an orange heart with someone.

Also note that Shea and the Witch Princess do not have a heart next to them so you have to go by the number of hearts they have in your assets.

yeah, you can get married. just give the person you want to marry gifts everyday that you can untill the heart at the bottom of the screen when you talk to them is red. get a blue fether, and give it to him or her.

You also need to have met all the main characters except the Mineral Townies, have a large house, a second bed. Yes, that means you need to build all the bridges.
