This skateboard confuses me.

I just received it as a reward from Sage, but exactly how does this thing work? I get that you can go down the mountainside really fast on it... but is there any other point to it? How the heck do I work this thing? D<

I found the skateboard totally useless. Everything you can do with it is going down the mountainside fast. Nothing more. Nothing less.

If there is a Snowboard festival - yes
If there is no Snowboard festival - no.

Sorry, I haven't seen all festivals in Konohana, so I can't say if the Snowboard festival is there or not.

Oh, so from what I'm getting here the skateboard and snowboard are just as useless in this game as they are GrB? (I've found them useless in GrB even though you can practice for the festivals. I also don't know about the skateboard and snowboard in this game yet).
