Yes, I think there is two ways that I've read 1st way is to use your bird to fly to the other place...I think...and the 2nd way is to have a tunnel built to connect the two places.The second option I no works for sure but since I dont have the game I cant say if the bird thing works or is even true.....help anyone....am I spiting the truth or am I dead wrong....

Yes, you can visit the second town, even if you don't have an owl and the tunnel hasn't been unlocked.

Yes, you can move in between towns towards the end of the month. I believe its in between the 25th to the 30th when you can do such.
