It doesn't have ANY save files on it! no matter what I play it on, there are NO SAVE FILES!!!!! POOR ELLIOT!!!!

I dunno. like 4 times. i used someone elses ds for another 3 or so, but it is the same. but it might not have the saves on a different one anyways.

Send it back to natsume with a enclosed letter telling them its a defective cartridge, they'll either send you a new one of ioh or a new game.

Yeah, it's the cartridge. A harvest moon game with no save files would be completely stupid, haha. And where did you get this game? Because it might be a copy or just defective.

NO WAY am I losing this. I will make a new save in a few months or so when I feel like finally playing it again.

Have you tried blowing on the cartidge??? cause sometimes dust etc can build up and make the game act funny...

I've had my IoH data get corrupted a couple of times, usually because the game froze while I was saving. The first time I played on my second file until I could bring myself to go back to the first, and the second time I just sighed, shook my head, and started a new game. That's twice in all the time I've had my copy, and I got it when it first came out. It happens, but it doesn't happen very often, so when it does just start over, or switch to another game for a while.

You could always buy a new copy....
