Well I hope I can help.

1.) To get the rice fields, you must get a yellow wonderful, either buying it or receiving it as an award for winning a contest. Then, walk into Chen's shop while Charlie is in there. He will equip the wonderful to your hammer and a cut scene will take place, giving you the access to the fields.

2.) I don't know what you mean by the Halloween thing in IoH. All there is at that time of year is a Harvest Festival.

3.) It takes your child 2 years to get the ability to crawl. And in another 2, to walk.

4.) I believe the only celebration for an anniversary is your 'sweetheart' wishing you a good anniversary.

5.)The sheep do not appear in Mirabelle's shop until after you have unlocked 2 or more boy farmer sub-villagers. The sheep you purchase from her will be child-size, and you must wait 15 days for it to mature. Each sheep costs 4000 G.

Sheep will give wool every 3 days. The Clippers can be bought from Mirabelle's shop as well, and the price will vary depending on how many slots it has available for Wonderfuls. You can convert the Wool into Yarn if you have the Yarn maker machine.

If you want to breed sheep, you can buy a Sheep Miracle Potion for 3000 G. The sheep's pregnancy will last 16 days. After the little pink lamb has been born you have to wait 15 days before it can be sheered. Only adult sheep can give wool, and your sheep must have its wool if you want to use the potion on it.

Sheep have a life span of around 6 years.

-You have to equip a Yellow Wonderful to your hammer. Than you should get a scene where you and Charlie remove the rock blocking the path.

-If you're talking about Pumpkin Festival you can just buy Chocolate from Chen's store. Or any cooked desert should work too.

-The baby grows in two year intervals. It won't crawl until it has been two years. Then it won't walk for two years after that.

-No idea I have never had two things end up on the same day sorry.

-Apparently sheep won't unlock until you make two boy farmer sub-villager (I call them tourists) move in. I will put a link to the Fogu page on how to unlock them.
