No Smilies in Posting Games?

I've noticed recently that I don't seem to have access to smilies in Posting games. I haven't noticed it in any other board, but I'm not sure.

Sorry if this has been discussed before. At first, I thought it just wasn't being loaded. Did I miss some message saying they had been disabled?

I looked in some other topics and saw smilies being used there...but if they had been disabled, would they still appear in previous posts?

You could always just use the image BBcode if you really want to use the forums smilies.
Example:

I know I can do that. I'm not upset, I was just wondering what happened.
