Diego sells it in his bazaar shop, he gets unlocked when you have 75% bazaar level...I think. He won't sell them all the time so pounce on it when he does.

You buy it at the bazaar at 75% at Diego's.
They're called spices.

You guys posted at the same time:D thanks dude. Yess, besides that. Is there anyway to get chilli pepper? Say multiplayer mode? I'm kinda desperate for it and I'm only 25% of my bazaar goal.. I have been getting and meeting the sales goal of 40000~50000 for six times, but I still can get into 50%. Why?

Yes, you could get it in multiplayer mode if you found someone to trade you. And if you need to make the goal and go to the results. Another factor is the ultimate goal. To make it to 50% you have to earn 80,000 during one bazaar and have made 450,000 total.

Oh okay I got it :D I made a 100k in one bazaar. Maybe I haven't reach 450,000! Thanks alot! Then I will make a new thread to find someone to trade with me! Thank you man! appreciated!
