How to unlock or build bridge in IoH?

The bridge is not on the gannon`s list..

What kind of bridge would you like to build?

First you need to build a bridge between E. Town and Meadow.

Later - the bridge between W. Town and Forest

And finally - the bridge to a Jungle.

There's no bridge in gannon list.
So i cant build it i wondering if its needed to be unlock.
im playing with japanese version of IoH on Ds
