I was wondering, how long does it take for your wife to get pregnant and actually give birth?

I think 20~30 days to get pregnant and around 20 days to give birth. But I'm not positive .

for me, i was married on spring 26, my first kid was born on summer 29, the second on fall 20, and the third on winter 12. so its about one season for the first, 20 for the second (kids cant be born on festivals, so it happens the next day), and about 20 days later the last kid will be born (i married marion, so it looks like the birth wont happen on her grandmas birthday, cuz she talks about it that day instead of normal dialoge)

For me, I've only had 1 kid so far, but here are the dates:

Summer 12 got married (Gaius's birthday! Especially poignant since I married Raven.)

Fall 3 I got the "I'm pregnant" announcement (so, about 3 weeks)

Kid was born the day before the "Catch the Most Squid" contest...Fall 15, I think? Really, really fast, anyway.
