Next Harvest Moon game?!

Make an Innocent Life Spiritual Successor and the fans will bash it down for it's innovation and depth and lack of hawt bachelors to marry.

I want... a Harvest Moon that concentrates on the FARMING aspect once more.

I'd love for another title to have explicit and implicit depth, an artistic approach, etc but it'd be unappreciated and blaaaah.

No no no! I only said that IL was really serious and mature and I would be glad if HM was also as mature as IL. I didn't write anything about removing marriages, robots or IL-seq. The HM should be about good old farming, only with some new and more interesting characters, more serious marriage life etc.

I liked how "deep" and interesting IL characters were.

STH had depth with it's characters and stories. Then marriage came along in HOLV and the game because an empty carcass of what STH had.

STH was tedious though. I think it definitely could have been better if I didn't have to keep befriending everyone over and over again after finishing an ending. I wanted to enjoy it but it was harder to.

Something like AWL would be fun though. I liked that in that game you were able to grow old, have kids, and die. I want more on that, with other characters growing old and dying.

I dunno, they just need to spend more time on their games. Quality over quantity~

If you retained your friendship than restarting STH would be too easy and it'd break the game. o.O That's why you set yourself to befriend whom you need for the ending you want. xD

I really loved AWL

Honestly, the game is getting boring if you have nothing special to do anymore and there is no goal. That why Harvest Moon should give us a lot of events and goals after you get marry. In AWL/AnWL you could raise your kid. In the rest of the games (maybe except AP) the kid was only a bunch of pixels with the same personality. I think that your kid should play a bigger role in your life: help on farm, go to school, have love problems etc. Harvest Moon should be full of this. I'm really tired of boring marriage life and useless child who even doesn't walk outside only stays at house all days.

It sounds like you'd rather play some sort of family-raising game than a farm simulation game

I don't really mind the kids in any of the games, to tell you the truth. They don't interest me much. I suppose they're nice to have, but I always leave 'em alone, aside from saying "hi" every morning (yes, even in AP. Maybe it's wasted potential, but I don't care).

I honestly don't care about kids at all. The only game I ever played long enough to have a kid was the Wonderful Life games. And that's because it was necessary. Same goes for spouses. I just stay single in Harvest Moon games

Yep the game is full of Flying Pigs. And don't get me started on the weather

(P.S there are no "sunny" days instead they are called Rainbow days!).

Well, the kids from AWL/AnWL and AP were more interesting than useless pixels from the other games

That why I think that raising kids like in AWL/AnWL and building school for them (AP/RF2) would be a good idea

I would add some new things like washing machine or vacuum too

Maybe you should play one of The Sims games.

To be honest, nobody likes useless pixels. I think they should remake AWL once more. This time at the start, you choose to play as a boy or girl. Flora is the new candidate for boys and Carter and Griffin for the girls. Also your child can now become a chef, with Flora/Carter's child most interested in it, and Muffy/Griffin's child being the strongest at it. Also a new way to influence your child:books. A new action is to help your child read the book (as a toddler) Here are the toddler books:

Magical Melody

Chop Chop Chip Shop (chef)
Farmyard Fun! (rancher)

When you talk to Mr. Pots 100 times, you can choose the gender and whether or not it looks like you or your spouse. If you don't talk to Mr. Pots, you get a son who looks like your spouse.
