Does the Heart Event theme sound familiar to anyone?

I was playing IoH and triggered a Heart Event, and the theme sounds like another song I've heard but for the life of me, I can't place it. It's a vocal track with a female singer, and I can almost get the lyric but not quite D: it's driving me crazy. I'm thinking it was an anime opening or ending, but honestly I can't even figure out if it was Eng. or Japanese.

Did anyone feel the same way about the Heart Event theme, or figure out what song it sounds so similar too?
