Which weapon type do YOU use?

I'm partial to spears myself. I like using a weapon that uses a bit of skill to use properly. And spears are cool. >3>

I love the dual swords in RF3. The pair of leeks weapon is especially fun.

For all the other games I use short swords though. Well, excepting RFF, where I'll use anything that works.

I like the one-handed ones. I feel like a ninja when I use them 'cause I swing so fast.

In RF3, I mostly use Dual Blades. In any other RF, I use the Shortsword :3 (Except RFF; I used Two-Handed Swords for a long time and now I'm currently using spears.)

Dual Blades and Shortswords are really popular, aren't they? I sometimes do brawling too but yeah I can't play RF without spears...

In RF1, I first started using spears. Halfway through the game, I started using hammers. Near the end, I just used the classic short sword and shield combo, mainly for the speed and extra defense.

In RF2, I made Loki (what I named Kyle in my file) a magic staff-user. In the 2nd, my daughter (Sami) was a wielder of hammers.

In RF3, I tried hammers out, but wasn't really happy with them. I ended up switching to spears. Though, near the end and after the main story, I ended up using my Wooly form over everything else.

Yep! I also named my farm "Cephalo", as in cephalopod. I couldn't fit the whole word in there, so I had to keep it at that.

Me? I married Alicia. I'm fairly surprised that not many people wanted to marry her, though....

I like spears for their quickness and I'm unbothered by the fact that you can only use it to strike in front of you. They really helped me out in RF3, where I couldn't stand how the hammers played in-game. They just....didn't feel like they in previous installments....I dunno....

I think there's a little Tanya in all of us.

YUP! People should love spears more! Spears are awesome♥ .... I'm not bothered of its flaws too cause I have high def from workshopping much.. Longswords are quite easy to handle as well.... Dual Swords are okay but they lower your Def... so..

I like dual swords, and yes, leeks XDD They're pretty cool.
Before leeks, I used Frost Edge and Salamander
I love buying weapons, my bag is full of weapons
But my favorite is Super Psycho, a long sword, type: darkness
For one-handed sword, I often use Chaos Blade

I use one sword and a shield as I prefer the classic knight feel, and I prefer to have faster weapons that don't slow me down when I need to be able to pull a hit and run on an enemy. Spears, Axes, and two handed blades are just too slow and clunky for my liking.

I understand. I know that everyone of us has different opinions. But still, my opinion won't change with spears. For me, they are the BEST WEAPONS EVAR! *ahem* (shot for the Tanya-ness)

Like I said before, I'm loving Axes in RF3. I tried them for a bit in RF2 but I didn't like them there and I prefered having a shield so I stuck with swort swords. Anyway, I ove the fact that I can hit a ton of enemies surrounding me with the axe combo attack and the high knock out it has. I love the Imact seal too, since I can hit everyone near me without needing a running start.

I was thinking of using spears in my next file of rf2(I like the idea of a Lancelot son) but I gave that game to my sister for a bit. I might try dual blades next in rf3, but if I don't like the lack of defense I might go ahead with spears or even rods since I've never tried magic out that much.
