When i look at my shipping list for example,and try to exit the menu,the screen turns black and the music freezes,can someone please help me?

As for your problem, just blow on the cartridge/dance/yell at your DS/start a new game/buy another copy.

It is usually a problem with the DS, if it is pretty old. Just try not pushing to hard on the shoulder buttons or go anywhere near the cartridge slot.

see if the game is dusty. if it isnt, get a new DS and/or demand a refund and get a new game.

hmmmm...i have never had that problem and i have the oldest version of the DS so im not quite sure if it is the DS, just probably the game itself. It might be dusty, damaged, or just a bad copy. If this problem really bothers you, you should deff take it back.

have you ever used an action replay or where you playing with an action replay in it?
If anything like this happens with other games, it's proubly your DS. If it's the game, like Mr.Bob said, demand a refund.

This has happened to me on my DS a million times-that's why i got a new DS.
It's probably because your DS is damaged, so don't swap the game. But if you do get a new DS, and the game still dosen't work-get a new game.

maybe ur game was damaged somehow?
