I really like the look of Bluebell, but Konohana looks more interesting- and I like crops more than animals. Animals are so... uhhh its like, petbrushmilk, petbrushmilk, petbrushsheer, over again and again and again.. I dont think I can deside just like that, so guess i'll go on intuition when I actually have the game in my hands.
Since I'll be going for Mikhail, I really like the idea of a foreigner coming to learn a more Japanese culture. And possibly fall in love afterwards lol.
Plus like so many others, I'm more of a crop-oriented farmer, so yea.
While I perfer crops to animals, when I'm playing the game I perfer being near my marriage candidate so I can give them their gift fast then go explore for the remaining time. xD;

Bluebell is the smallest town I have ever seen in HM. Here's the map:

Konohana actually has less in it though. o: While Bluebell seems more compact because it's centered around the fountain it has five shops, while Konohana is a free layout with only four shops c:
too keep on topic, I moved into Bluebell on my boy file and quickly moved to konohana, while on my girl file I started in Konohana and haven't left yet. With the english version I'll probably try to stay in Bluebell as long as possible because I like taking care of animals more instead of crops(no idea why xD;;)
I'm more of a crop-oriented player, but Cam/Kamil is my bachelor of choice...and he's in Bluebell. D:
That's really not too much of a dilemma P: When you go foraging in the morning, it's a good idea to stop over in bluebell to check the quest board, while you're doing that you can give a gift to Kamil and talk to him c:
I want to mention, just because you are in Konohana doesn't mean you can't have animals. You can just have a very small amount. Ditto with Bluebell, except the other way around:You can have crops, but you only have a tiny crop field.
