No one has more than one account, dear. You see, when Cher or a mod see that there are duplicate accounts, they're usually banned on the spot. ;\

Unless it's been cleared by Cher they usually are.
Even if it has been cleared they still have their old account disabled though. And if people secretly have multiple accounts I doubt they'll go around telling everyone.
