That's your problem, you can't see the next scenes until you see the first ones! I think It's kinda impossible that you can't get that event, so I think it might be a glitch.

I feel your pain! I'm at 8 hearts with Renee now and getting tired of running around the docks everyday at 10
How many people have had this glitch and has anyone overcome it?

It's against the rules to reply to a topic that's more than 10 days old.
But, your problem is that you're in the wrong spot. You don't want to be on the docks -- you want to go to the little area down the stairs in front of the Brass Bar / Tailor shop.
