Did anyone else notice that? During a rain storm (Haven't tried any other weather yet) I accdiently fell in the river near the bridge, and it brought me to the other side. It was certainly odd XD

Yeah you can do that any time. in the winter you have to break the crack in the ice on the river with your hammer to jump in.

Occasionally if you jump in you'll find things like coins, tea cans and ore stones, mabye gold itself.

Be careful it reduces your stamina everytime you jump in.

If you jump in, there's only one spot that you can resurface at each part of the river. So the river carries you for a way until you reach that spot. Drowning myself is one of my favorite GB activities.

Besides, you can get various items when you fall in the water.
At the beginning at the game, I have a lot of stamina so I often jump to the water to get some interesting goods (such as sea urchin, and coins). They have good prices

I want to make my bazaar with things that don't perish, so using things like that will really help :D

Ya, it's a lot of fun. ^_^ It's the only other way to find ore stones too.

I like doing that.
I jump into the water about 10 times a day.
I know, crazy. But you get good stuff like coins, sea urchins, sometimes tea and junk.

I think the next time I jump in, I shall say "Leap before you thiiiink!"
