Getting food to eat

my person is almost empty on the ful meter.I am a beginer player spring 8 yr 1. ive asked Noe but that doesnt help. do i go to Chens store? if so i cant find it again. do iwait till the turnips are grown? ideas? Thanks!

You can eat the herbs you pick up around the island, or buy chocolate from Chen's store for 100 G apiece. Neither of those things restores much fullness, though. The best thing to do is try and keep it above the halfway point as much as you can, and start unlocking areas so you can get the diner as soon as possible.
As for Chen's store, it's along the path leading directly south from your Ranch. You pass it on your way to the beach (provided you follow the road)
