oil?

i want to by oil, but chen isnt selling it?

Chen's sales are random. If you really want it you can always keep reloading the game on bazaar day to see if he'll sell it.

so it can change the items there selling? There not fixed in this game?

Right. Nearly all the vendors in the bazaar have a set of wares that they sell, and when you enter the bazaar they randomly choose 3 (or 4, depending on the vendor) out of those items. So reloading the day can definitely change what they're selling. The only one I haven't seen change is Sherry - and that may just be because she only has 2-3 things to sell in a particular season.
