Stupidest questions about the game ever

1) does Angelo ever finish the sculptor of the mayor (whats his face)?
2) Why do I have the desire to take a needle and see if the mayor pops/deflates when I poke him?
3) Why does Amir admit that he is a prince if he is trying to get away from everything/hide his identity?
4) Does Lloyed EVER take off his hat/turban thingy?
5) ........what happened to the HG?.......
6) Why does my chicken get mad at me and get sick, no matter what I do to it?

You really don't have to answer these questions...well except the first one and the 4th one I really want to know those two...
But tell me what you think, do you have any questions that are just plain weird or want to add anything that I might of left out?

i wanna know what happened to the fisherman guy and doctor guy that's in every HM. theres ALWAYS someone who loves fishing and a doctor in the HM games...yet i guess nobody likes to fish in GrB and nobody gets sick i guess

well as to your questions...why no fishy man well he fell in the water and got swept away and never found his way back and no doc because everyone is immune to everything and cuz he got sick and had ot find the best doc int the world to cure him!

but Dirk does mention good fishing spots occasionally when he is wondering around town...

Does Harvest Moon DS have a fisher? I don't remember anyone in that game really loving fishing. I mean Leia loved fish, but not fishing.

I guess people just have to go to town if they are in need of a doctor... or fishing guy .

1) Angelo never finishes the sculpture because although he claims to be an artist he must have artist block, but really I just think he's a lazy bum that has no use in this valley (he is kinda cute tho ). I want HIS job, he manages to keep a house even tho he doesn't SEEM to do anything.

2) Because you wish to be evil secretly but don't really have the guts to do something like that because you're afraid all the other villagers will get mad at you for popping their Mayor Puffball.

3) Prince Amir did something VERY shameful in his country (I'M not going to say what was done.. not on THIS forum) and was denounced as the prince and banished by his own father. Amir still misses being a prince and still wishes to have people beneath him so he likes to give the impression that he's Prince but he tries to hide it because he knows if word got back to his father that he's dropping his own name his father will unleash a most horrible wrath.

4) Lloyd's a short, sarcastic, gothie who hasn't embraced the dark side yet, he thinks the hat makes him look mysterious and taller, and sadly thats why Sherry likes him... she's curious about the little weirdo.

5) Unfortunately Zephyr Town seems far away from the other towns and villages in which the Harvest Moon Game has looked into. The villagers of Zephyr Town don't worship the goddess so therefore she refuses to make apperances and give her blessings. Which makes me wonder who the non-pagans ARE worshipping?? ...hmm

6) ... Just WHAT are you doing to your poor chickens? .... poor, poor, chickies

I just noticed (*maybe it's just me*) but has anyone noticed that when the mayor (felix FINALY REMEMBERED HIS NAME ) looks sad he kinda looks like the father of Ed and Al off of full metal alchemist?.... you no minus the hat....again maybe it's just me.

Emiko is the harvest goddess, either cursed to human form by the witch princess, or taking human form on her own to hide for some unknown reason. This also explains why she NEVER EVER leaves the cave unless you marry her. It's also why she won't marry Amir, because she wants to be herself again and its going to take a hell of a lot to convince her not to go back to being a goddess. Also why she loves Magic Water. It gives her a small ounce of her magic back.

That's a neat idea, but no special marriage candidate has ever had a rival in any game. So it wouldn't make sense either way if Emiko/Amir got married. I don't even think they ever even meet . And the HG/Emiko have very different personalities.

Well i'd imagine that since there have been more than one harvest goddess through the series, whether it's Magical Melody's angelic spirit, Animal Parade's Maternal to her harvest sprites almost, or the peppy one from the gameboy series. This is simply another incarnation of the harvest goddess, slightly colder and probably angry about the whole curse thing. And i know no special candidates ever get married. Its just usually there's a small underlying reason, one or another why they either never meet or don't get along well enough to marry. In this case she doesn't meet amir because she never leaves the shrine but even if she did she'd never marry him simply because he doesn't have what it takes to charm the harvest goddess, or ex-harvest goddess, or if you believe the fanlore of Magical Melody, the harvest goddess not being who Jamie was in love with, but actually his mother, possibly the harvest goddess's daughter.

I have never even heard of that Jamie thing . They do both have purple hair though . I tend to only believe what the game says is true. Not anything that is implied. And the DS games have always used the same Goddess. So I don't know why they would totally change her personality and then not even give very much proof at all that it is really the HM. Emiko is shy and not good at socializing not cold or angry. And whether she is the Harvest Goddess or not Emiko would not marry Amir and he would not marry her. Because neither of them are the type of person who would put effort into wooing someone.

That's exactly the point. Every game they have reasons why special characters won't marry one another. I have to admit i haven't spent a lot of time befriending Emiko so i always figured she was just a cold sort of person. But again, maybe she's the harvest goddess's daughter or something. I know in several games you can marry the harvest goddess(not sure if any of them were gameboy games or not though), so maybe canonically someone marries her and Emiko is their child. It would certainly explain the mystical element to her. Honestly its kinda fun putting together a timeline for the games but when you do something interesting happens. Magical Melody seems to be a game only I like but: when you look at the characters throughout the games: Apparently the MM characters are the early generations of Harvest moon, with Nina and the older Ann(from the original harvest moon). This in turn could explain the different appearance of the harvest goddess, since its 5 generations back, perhaps this is the previous harvest goddess, ancestor of the one from the gameboy games. But this is pure speculation. However if true it may be that Emiko will have some future appearances, perhaps even appearing as the harvest goddess at some point.
