He's from Harvest Moon: Island of Happines an Sunshine Islands

he's a native who lives on sunny island with his adopted son shea o: (Shea dosnt appear in this game he is marriagble in Island or Hapiness and Sunshine Islands)

He is cameo in this game and has no purpose really xD he's just there to be like "Hi"

you meet him on the horse race track Year 3
