Weapons you would like to see on RF

Covering Innocent Life (PsP/Ps2), Rune Factory 1 (DS), Rune Factory 2 (DS), Rune Factory 3 (DS/Switch), Rune Factory Frontier (Wii), Rune Factory Tides of Destiny (Wii/Ps3), Rune Factory 4 (3DS/Switch/Steam), and Rune Factory 5 (Switch/Steam).

I personally would like to see a bow and arrow, and throwing knives, id also like to see more dark magic to, but even with as many weapons as there are, most dont have any range

Trust you to come up with that.

I think claws would be cool. Like you could attach them, and do close range combat. A bit like in RF3, from what I have heard (never played it), except this would do more damage and could be equiped in any form. And you could make it from all those wolf/panther fangs/claws that you get as drops. Or feathers/fur, for like the starting out set. So those wouldn't do much damage. Then wood claws, metal claws, claw claws, rainbow claws.

Yeah I have it all planned out.

Shields in a 3D RF game. While it's not a weapon, they aren't just for show when it could be used to block attacks.

Inb4 someone says bows, crossbows, or guns, turning RF into either a semi 3rd person FPS aiming / Zelda L-targeting aiming system.

Or make it so that the dungeons are platforming sections, with all the runny-jumpy-climby action I lurve so much in games like Tomb Raider and Prince of Persia.

Or maybe a combination of the two! That would be cool. They'd probably be able to draw in some more fans, as well.

Why don't you like guns to be included in RF? :( Well, I understand that there might be quite a displacement there because based on RF's settig, guns are pretty modern weapons. But other than the reason I stated, why in your opinion don't you want guns in the game?

I would so use throwing knives. Steel fans sound awesome but that seems way too girly for it to added, no offense. Guys don't tend to use fans very often :?. A ring blade would make me so happy.

It would be really fun if they added more weapon variety. But that means a ton of more forging recipes they'd have to make. I mean you'd have to be able to make a bunch of improved versions of those weapons or they would be useless later on. It is easier to have a ton of different weapons when you don't have to make it yourself :lol:.
