So by accident(kinda) I found out the cows like it when you jump on them.(They get the musical note bubble) Does anyone know if this can actually increase their heart level at all, or is it just something cute?

I love jumping on the cows. :D Its so much fun. I doubt it increases heart levels though. I think its just a cute/fun thing. But I believe if you get so many bounces in a row, you hear that whistle noise and you get some stamina.

Yep, livestock jumping is one of the stamina restorers, as well as refilling your watering can for the first time, the bath, the toilet, the flower, first time you find something in a river, and jumping on a barrel.
