Where do i find or get Magic water?

From the Magic Spring. Duh.

Just kidding. You can get it from winning the biggest Lotto at 75% Bazaar. Something like that. Look it up on the website for more info.

sorry, i meant grand prize earlier. i just think of it as first prize because, why would it be zero prize haha >< ya i am being a dork

very slim, but some people are luckier than others.

5% might be right... That's an average of about one per year.

What does the magic water do, does it restore your health, or something.

IIRC, it's similar to a power berry, meaning it expands the stamina bar.

You start the game with 200 stamina IIRC. Consuming a magic water adds another 20 to that maximum but you can only win a magic water a total of 5 times giving you a final maximum stamina of 300.
