is there a strategy to jumping in the water and finding items?
or is it just random?
i know that one of the twins in the game says that she sees things shining in the water but I've never seen any shiny spots like on the ground...
is there any in the water
It's my understanding that there's a 10% chance no matter what. I just jump in close to the part where you come out (that way, it takes less time to come back up).
