I've reset like 4-5 times, but Raul refuses to sell them. Is this a run of bad luck or is it a second year crop?

Bad luck. I have no idea, but it may set the purchasable items ahead of time.

Agreed. I've gotten it during 1st year so it's definitely not a 2nd year crop. Maybe try another bazaar? I've got Raul selling the exact same things for 1 whole season of bazaars...

I apparently got them, because I have 18 bags of Yam Seeds in my Storage. If you really want some, I might be able to Wifi sometime.

I see. Thank you. I might ask for some. I'll give it a few more resets. I just want cauliflowers and yams! *shakefist*

Yep, it's been mentioned several times before...

Grand Bazaar apparently randomly picks one crop per season to not sell to you until...I don't recall if it's Year 3 or Year 4...and the only way to get that crop before that is to trade with somebody.

Which crops don't appear is different for everybody, and I think it's set at the start of the game, so re-setting won't help you. For instance, I was missing spinach in my first game (among other things). Fortunately I was able to trade with my sister and give her the crops she was missing and she was able to give me what I was missing.

So, if you can't wait, then yeah, you'll have to find somebody to trade with.
