This events happens the very first time you leave and then come back to your farm. The time doesn't matter. When you enter your farm after first leaving you will be standing there and someone will come to greet you.
Rai: Howdy neighbor hehe. I am here. Be amazed.

Rai: Who I am? Well you can just consider me the local welcome wagon heh. I always introduce myself to all the new jerks who come around these parts.
*Rai walks over to your shipping and you walk after him*
Rai: See this box? You may have noticed (although you probably didn't hehe) that if you toss items in here they get shipped and you get payed.
Alice: *explanation dace*
Rai: That old jerk was here and already explained how this works yeah yeah. I'm here to talk about actually important things. And also way to admit to needing a tutorial haha. I never needed one of those.

I got kind of a reputation in this here town. A reputation for being the best. I win every festival and sell more items than anyone else. I am unbeatable. A novice farmer like yourself can't even touch this! Woo I love being better than everyone else haha.

@Kross :O I love the idea for the HK's lair. I especially like the mini lanterns. Will they all be different colors, like chinese lanterns at a festival? Or more the traditional lantern? I like the mix of nature you have there. Lightning bugs, clouds, flowers...It all sounds so pretty~ And even if there can't be a sunset all the time, at least you can draw it with one in the background, since it is possible to visit then. ^^
After they made all those various and awesome-looking islands for RFO, I hope they didn't run out of awesome dungeon ideas. D: No, think positive! Because they did so great on the dungeons for that game, maybe they're getting better at it? :D

Yeah, that sounds like something he'd do. I have a bad time remembering things too, but I love French so much so I'm more likely to remember it. My problem is, I have trouble speaking it. Like, I do really well on written tests, but when it's a verbal one, I choke up. xD; Which is something I really need to get over if I ever plan to put the language to use.

@Everyone Alright, here's what I promised for Shawn. Just a tiny piece of backstory I came up with when I was figuring out likes/dislikes, but I hope you guys like it~

Back when his mother was still alive and he was in school, his sister had to take care of her mother. The three of them lived in a small cottage in the forest. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was liveable and nice enough. During the day while Shawn left for school, his sister would go out into the forest to collect herbs to use as medicine. The previous summer and on his days off, Shawn had spent a long time showing her which herbs were helpful and which were harmful. It was a lot for a four year old to take in, but she had to grow up fast. By the time she was five, she could handle her mother without much worrying on Shawn's part. When her mother was resting and she had nothing to take care of around the house, the sister would go out into the woods and play games with imaginary creatures. Neither Shawn nor his sister lived near anyone, and because their schedules were so full, they never made any friends of their own. Shawn had warned his sister to be very careful when playing in the forest, and showed her the boundaries as to where she could go. Usually she stuck by this, but one day she spotted a patch of blue in the distance. Curiosity got the better of her, and she closed in on it. It was a beautiful blue flower, but that wasn't all. Close to where the flower lay, she discovered a meadow filled with a variety of blooming flowers. Shawn's sister was not a greedy person, so she took only the single flower to give to her brother. Although he scolded her for wandering off, Shawn was surprised that she wanted to give her flower to him. He tried to tell her to keep it for herself, but she refused. His sister told him, "I've read about this flower! It's a magic flower. Its magic will make you happier. Plus, it's blue, your favorite color. So please, take it. I want my big brother to be happy." This touched the sad boy's heart, and from that point his heavy heart grew a bit lighter. Shawn asked his sister to show him where she went, and since the meadow was reasonably close by, he told her she could go for a few hours every day, while their mother was napping. His sister thanked him with all her heart, and he smiled as he teased that she had better finish her chores first or else. The happy pair of siblings headed home to share a nice dinner with their ill mother, treasuring the time they had left together. For the rest of the sister's days, she would always refrain from picking more than one flower a day, with the flower of choice being something fragrant and blue, the magical plant that could cheer up her dear big brother even after the toughest of days at his work. To this day, Shawn will always hold a fondess for herbs, like the ones his sister picked every day, and, most especially, Magic Blue flowers.
Perhaps a bit cheesy, but I needed to show that there were good times in Shawn's life back when he was a kid too. ;D And I never got a chance to show much of the Shawn/sister relationship. So yeah, that's what this is. ^^ I felt so bad after writing this, knowing that I had already torn these characters apart. D: Oh, the things I'll do to make characters have more backstory. I'm so sorry Shawn~ ;_;

Yay I'm glad it works. Yeah Kade is so unused to dealing with people he doesn't understand the concept of hurting someone's feelings. So he speaks awfully bratty sometimes X3. I guess that's why they are a good pair. HB has nearly invisible feelings.
HB has an overactive mind. So many things he thinks of. He doesn't always pay attention to what's happening outside his mind. But after being stuck in nothing more than a dream world for so long that kinda makes sense.
I really like these two now. It makes me sad there can only be four events D:.

I think Louvel would a good person to prank. Although anything you do will get a big reaction XD. Maybe they could do Nathanial. He would certianly get angry. I can't even picture Tait mad and he's my character o_o. Rai would be so mad if anyone tried to play a prank on him. But if it didn't work he would never ever let it die. He would make fun of them for it for an entire season. And it would certianly give him an ego boost as well.

I was talking about Sorbet but she didn't actually sing. She just wrote lyrics and said she didn't have a good voice. But with my amazaah skills I know she really has a great voice.

I could see them increasing the size at least, since the 3DS holds so much memory. But the handhelds only ever have 4-5 dungeons, right? Still, it'd be cool for them to increase the number of dungeons. ^^ That way they could do more than just the classic seasonal ones. I couldn't stop freaking out about the underwater dungeon in RFO when I found out about it. <3
Oh wow, that didn't really click with me until you said it. But you're right, that makes perfect sense, living in the dream world certainly would make one lose grip of reality. Hey wait, I just thought of something. When we have a dream where we meet with the HB, can we walk around on our own or is it more like an event? And are we going to be able to visit the dream realm after the HK is saved, or does the HB just come to the earth from then on? Sorry if I'm a bit foggy on the details and you already mentioned this. :3

Maybe something like that could be his yellow heart event, and since he's such a picky bachelor, he could have an orange heart event were he puts to use all his "strategies" and you can either tell him you love him or you don't? That could be really cute. x3 But don't feel pressured or anything, especially since you're not sure how him being in love would work. I'm looking forward to his events nonetheless. :D

It would be great of the used the 3DS to add more dungeons. So far it seems like the only added more to the wooing aspect. Which I don't have a problem with. But if the dungeons are still small I will be a sad panda.
I never mentioned anything about the HB. So I can understand people won't get a lot of it . The first dream is just an event and it ends with you waking up. You talk to him again by going to sleep after 10:00pm and selecting :Dream" instead of "Sleep". There is a small area you can walk around in that is surrounded by invisible walls. So you can hand him gifts if you want. It is an empty, foggy, and white place with only him standing there. I am not sure if you can go back or not. If you can't go back I have to make sure none of his heart events happen there. Otherwise that could be bad once you save the HK.

Oh really you like it a lot. I thought it wasn't that great ^^;. Yeah he would definitely try and research how to win this. He takes it very seriously. I made it Green because at first he has zero feelings for her and just wants another thing to win at. He thinks he'll be able to get you to fall for him just like she does to the other guys in town (anything she can do, he can do ). So I wanted him to have time where it slowly started to sink in that he was actually losing . Then at Yellow or Orange I could see him pacing back and forth in his house trying to come up with ways to beat Alice even though he is falling in love all he can think about still is winning.
I'll try and see if I can make this work throughout all the heart events and such since you like how this is. Perhaps he could go around examining the popular guys to try and find out what they do to get girls. That could be very funny. Especially for the guys to see Ria for once being clueless about something.

I know, whenever I videotape something (I simply love taking pics/videos, though I don't like being in them myself) and I comment on something, when I hear it later I'm like, "What? O_O That's what I sound like?" I think my voice sounds a bit deeper than I'd like. D: I mean, I don't have a really manly voice, but I'd prefer my voice to be a bit more feminine, I guess. x3 And my singing voice is so awkward. I can never decide whether I'm more comfortable singing high or low. xD; I usually try to imitate the tone of the original singer, but that never works out too well. ^^;
I have a feeling that they only released the improvements to the love system to get girls interested in it from the start (as if there weren't already plenty xD). But I'll bet they'll try to go all out on the battling/dungeons as well, seeing as this is the last of the main series. I'm sure they'd be disappointed themselves if they turned that last dragon game into merely a dating sim. x3

I think it was her eyes. :/ I was used to them being pink, and then bam! Bright red. Her outfit was a bit odd, but I really liked her headband. ^^ Oh yes, the MT men were so much more attractive in that game~ Although I wished Cliff had the same purple in his eyes as in DS. His eyes were lavender in SI as opposed to the really pretty deep purple in DSC. Oh yeah, Seiran and Cosmo could be pretty cruel. ;_; It gets better the more affection people have, though. I absolutely adored when Will was at red heart and Seiran told me Will thought I was irreplacable. <3 I also always enjoyed their comments about the people's homes. I wonder if they have the same comments? I don't think I've ever assigned both of them to the same house before. I remember once I gave Primrose a job just to raise her friendship, but since there were not crops to ship at the time, she just hung around the house and made comments. I thought that was pretty cool. :D

In HMDS, there are 3 versions. Only in the later one, Version 1.1, can you marry the WP. The other two, 1.0 and 1.5, were glitched. There's a topic on how to tell what version you have. It's said that if there is a "1" to the left of the J, you have version 1.1. But it's also said that if the choker's not on your shipping list, you don't have version 1.1. My code does have a "1" to the left of the J, but I don't have the choker on my shipping list. So confused...

I hope so. I felt that RF3 was all about the characters and such. The plot and dungeons were so lacking. So much of it didn't even make sense.

The the fact Micah was somehow chasing all five of the huge monsters at once, And the fact that no one else was around to help. Plus there was already a half monster there. Why didn't mister dragon just use her when she came along instead of dragging Micah all the way here? She is shy but if she had lost her memories of her bad experiences she probably would have managed to bring the towns together. Anyways I just did not like the plot or dungeons very much in that game :/

That could work. But he's supposed to stay on the mountain top with the HK after he is able to come back. So I don't know when he'd ever go back to that place. I doubt he likes it all that much and he is very loyal. So he'd want to stay by the HK at all times to be there if he ever needs anything. So I think I'll just make it where you can befriend him but can't actually get heart events until you rescue the HK.
I know the base of their last three events but. I just need enough wording. Hehe I want to hurry up because I really want to make the last one already. It is really cute to me ^^.

Yeah, I can't often tell what I'm doing either. xD; I mean, I think I try to get it to match the original, just cause it's easier than changing the tone from what I'm used to. But there are times I realize I had unconsciously changed tone to avoid my voice going off key. So I guess it depends on the song.
I know. I appreciated all the dialogue and developed characters, but the dungeons were certainly a little...lacking. I still really enjoyed them, though. Plus, there were those dungeons underneath your house. I thought those were pretty cool. ^^

I always wondered why Micah needed to do the task alone. Maybe he was sent all by himself as some kind of test? But if the monsters were that dangerous, I'd think they wouldn't risk it like that. xD; Well, I suppose Micah was already being trained as a guard, so he'd be stronger and more likely to make it through the dungeons to even get to the Univir. Meanwhile, Raven was never much of a fighter. But I still think that Aquaticus would've at least ensured her as a back-up plan, erasing her memories as well. :/ I don't know, I think Raven would've been suitable for bringing the towns together too. Which is why I think they should make a girl version of RF3 starring her. 8D A girl can dream, can't she? x3 Besides, they already have an established personality for her, so it wouldn't be like they'd have to come up with an all new character...*reasoning these things out for nothing, since it's nevah gonna happen xD* Anyway, while I do think they could've done better with the plot, or at least let him have back a few more of his memories, I actually did enjoy playing through the story. No matter how underdevoleped things may seem when I analyze it in hindsight, none of that usually bothers me when I'm seeing in unfold in-game. xP It really is the charm of the games that attract me to the series, after all. Yeah, I am too. :'( I might try and woo her anyway, just to give it a shot. But more than likely it will all be in vain. ^^; Still, it could be fun to play the bad guy for a bit. I won't feel as terrible killing off the animals if I don't give them names, and I should make it through the years pretty fast if I never talk to anyone but her. So yeah, I won't get my hopes up, but it could be worth it to try~ And I'll just save marrying her in IoH as a back-up option. Those guys are huge monsters how were they all running from him at once XD. Wouldn't it have worked if he was just chasing one. It is just a very silly image in my head. Even if he was a guard he forgot so he is still just as useless. He is very weak and you have to train him and give him equips so he'll stand chance. The same can be done with Raven when she is your partner. Plus she works in a weapon store so at least she knows all about weapons. I have no problem that they didn't use Raven. I just didn't like the plot and all these little things I find wrong with it. I didn't like the ending much either. He could still have gotten his memories back D:.

Yes. He is like an attendant for the HK. He stands by his side all day and does whatever job the HK has for him. Like going and checking on Kade XD. He doesn't miss the dream world cause he can't do anything there. It's not his dream. All he can do is stand there and think. And hope that you come visit so he's not alone at all times.

I love everything about the way he looks. With that awesome hat and his sparkly purple eyes . Plus he is very expressive and ha some of the best faces in the game. And he is so talented and dedicated and confident. I love that he is a gourmet and tries so hard to live up to his family's name. And he loves food but not in a glutenous way. He respects food and loves to cook. Not just gorge himself with whatever he can get his hands on. Ahem I think I'm going on the long now XD.

He would probably purposely avoid you. And if you did confront him he'd just act cool about it. He'd be upset but not let anyone know. He would never bring it up again. That's not the sort of thing he'd want to advertise. Even if it was in a way that was making fun of you. If he was backed in a corner about it he would use it insult you but he'd avoid talking about as much as possible.

Yep I'm working on it ^^. Remember how we were talking about special requirements that are specif to each guy. Well I think Rai is gonna be like the HG and have more then one special requirement. They won't be nearly as hard though.
So I think he'll have both heart events and little side events that include him hanging around a different guy each time. And there will be like four of those. And you have to get all of those as well as the heart events if you want to marry him. Otherwise I won't be able to do this cause none of those events include Alice at all and that's not really a heart event .
I hope I don't disappoint X3.

Tait works in the local church during the day/evening and delivers mail in the morning. He doesn't get paid for his services in the church so the mailman job is how he supports himself. He lives a very modest live style. And hardly ever goes shopping because he never has money to spend. It doesn't bother him though. He often skips one meal per day. Tait is a very generous person who gives up anything if someone needs it. No one knows but he also has the ability to see magical beings. And he can use magic himself. He can do certain favors for you depending on how much magic you have collected. The more magic you have gathered the more options become available. Tait has very little time to relax so whenever he gets time off from working you will most likely see him sleeping in some odd place. But he never complains. Because it is his choice to devote so much time too his volunteer work. Tait has the highest respect for the church. Even if it means overworking himself, he always makes sure to help. Because of his own magical powers and being able to see the actual beings the church is dedicated to makes it much easier for him to dedicate his life to helping them. Sometimes when you enter the church or his house you can see him standing with a Zzz bubble over his head. Because he can't help but fall asleep standing up every so often. You can leave and come back or speak with him to wake him up. Colson gets mad at him often though. He makes things much more difficult for Tait then it has to be. Colson does not like anyone to speak of people with magical abilities in his church so if you want a favor you must talk to Tait in the few hours he is not volunteering. Like during his mail run or late at night when he is home. Tait is very optimistic and doesn't let Colson's attitude toward him and people like him get him down. He feels a deep connection with Alice because of their shared ability to see magic creatures. They are friends instantly. But it will take quite a bit of work to get past a friendship relationship. Because of Tait's job he gets to speak with everyone in town quite often. He takes the time to get to know all the people he meets. Tait is good at making others feel comfortable around him. He considers everyone as his friend. And most people share that feeling of friendship toward him as well. But Tait thinks of everyone as equals. He does not have any one special to him. There is no one person he'd rather hang out with over another. Which is why Alice will have a hard time getting him to think of her as more then just a friend. He had no siblings growing up. He always had many friends though. He treated his parents very informally and used their fist name when speaking with them. So even his own little family never seemed special to him. They took care of him and he was very grateful and respected his parents. But didn't mean anything more to him then all the other people he knew. It hurt his parents to know that their only child didn't understand the value of family or of letting one person mean more to him then another. But they never corrected him in his ways because he was such a good child and seemed very happy with the way things were. Unfortunately he grew up with the same attitude and it has been with him his entire life. Tait is very indecisive. He has very weak opinions that will easily change if someone else tells him otherwise. But he is always happy and sees no problem with the way he is. However he will never change his opinion on magic creatures. He strongly believes that humans and magical creatures can get along and live together. He does not like how most of them live separated from the town on the other side of the river. He tires to do whatever he can to help Alice save the Harvest king. Because he wishes to help all the magical creatures that are having problems from the dwindling magic. Tait loves writing letters and delivering them himself. He will send random letters to people in town once in awhile. Alice will also sometime receive one of his random letters.

As for the guard thing, he had more of the potential to be a fighter, I suppose? While Raven never liked battling, though she did know more about weapons. I guess she will fight for your characters if she has to, but I doubt she'd choose to of her own free will otherwise. Yeah, I'm not sad they didn't make Raven playable in that game. I'm just saying it could be a pretty good opportunity for a girl remake, if for whatever reason they don't want to make the RF3 guys marriageable in a different game. ;3 There's always plenty to find wrong with the plot, like how they never made it clear how/why Kyle lost his memory in the first place (to my knowledge) or if Raguna was a prince or not. Though admittedly, so far RF3 seemed to have the shortest/most lacking plot. Well, maybe Micah had a whole family and/or a girlfriend to come home to, so that would disrupt his life in Sharance?
Sounds like a plan. Though they did talk about focusing more on living in a fantasy world, so it's very possible they wanted to expand it this time, and therefore make more area to cover. But they could do this by making numerous places to go or simply making the places bigger, so idk. We'll see eventually. ^^

Eh, baking, cooking, same thing in my book. xD I can't do anything like that at all, though I've been meaning to try. Actually, I've baked cakes a few times, but that was with the help of my parents. x3 So I'd like to be able to cook on my own sometime. I wouldn't have married her even if her requirements were easier. She was a funny character at times, but most of the time she could get on my nerves a bit. Besides, I like having a wife at home. It makes me feel like something was actually accomplished by raising her heart and filling the requirements. You get new dialogue, and I like having a full family: my spouse, my kid, and I. With the HG, you don't get that. D: Actually, now that I think about it, how does the HG birth event go in DS? Cause I heard it was lame in FoMT, but it might've improved in DS considering the importance of the event and what happens after the child is born. *ponders*
Okay, so I thought up some stuff. :D Here's what I've got:
Prank 1: Glueing Nathanial's stopwatch shut
Prank 2: Taking one of Louvel's precious dresses and putting it on the HK statue in the church, as well as borrowing some of Stephan's paint to put make-up on it
(You know, so that Tait would have a chance to get mad in the game. I could see something like this being his breaking point, and he'd yell at them to clean it up and stuff)
Prank 3: The Rai prank. If you agree to distract him, you challenge him to a competition/race, which of course he can't resist, so while you're doing that, Damian and Kit put something in his food. >:D But if you don't agree, Kit does a horrible job of distracting him and Damian gets caught in the act. ^Don't take all of that seriously. xD; I was feeling silly when I wrote that, so I have no idea if any of it is good.
That's what it starts out as with me. I'm not good at talking and am not really interested in it all the time, but I feel socially obligated to say something, and that's where the shyness/awkwardness kicks in. x3; If I could just learn that it's okay not to talk sometimes if I don't feel like it and can't think of anything to say anyway, then I'd be much better off. ^^; Yeah, I always love finding someone interested in the same things as me, cause I don't have to worry about finding something to talk about and I'll actually want to talk. It's also nice when the other person likes to initiate conversation with me, because I've had quite a few friendships where it felt like it was dependent on me to start a conversation, otherwise I might never hear from that person agai-, I mean we wouldn't keep in touch. ^^; Haha, I'm glad you think so, because when I'm typing, I tend to get into too much detail and I often doubt anyone would actually be interested in all my babbling. xD So thanks, and it's really great to be able to get to know you better too. :'D

You walk into the forest clearing where Damian lives. You see Tait standing in the middle of the path sleeping. Damian walks in from the other side, just returning from wandering about. As it is nighttime and the moon is shining, he has his dog ears, canine teeth, and tail. Soon enough Damian's forced to stop in front of Tait.
Damian: You're in the way.
Tait: Zzz
Damian: Hey, are you ignoring me?! I told you, you're in the way! So move already!
Tait: Zz..Huh? What was I just doing?
Damian: Don't tell me, you were asleep?! What idiot would choose to sleep in the middle of the path like that?
Tait: ...
Tait: Have I done something to upset you?
Damian: Yeah, you were blocking my way!
Tait: Oh. I'm sorry about that. Is there anything I can do for you?
Damian: *sigh* Forget it, I don't want to deal with people right now. I just want to go home.
Tait: Wait, now that I've gotten a good look at you...you're a werewolf, aren't you?
Damian: !
Damian: W-well yeah. But-
Tait: Wow, I can't believe it! I'm so very pleased to meet you. My name's Tait.
Damian: Hold on, how were you able to tell? All the other humans can't see that I look like this.
Tait: I have the ability to see magical beings and I can also use magic myself. So while your magical attributes may be hidden from everyone else, I can see you for what you are.
Damian: Huh. I never knew humans like you existed. So you're not freaked out about this kind of stuff?
Tait: Not at all. In fact, it's my dream that someday humans and magical creatures can co-exist.
Damian: That's...a pretty cool dream to have.
Tait: Thank you. I work for the moment when that dream may become reality. But enough about me. What about you? I never got a chance to ask your name.
Damian: I'm Damian.
Tait: Well, it's really nice to make your acquaintance, Damian. I'm the town's mailman, so if you'd like, I can start delivering to you as well. Where do you live?
Damian: ...
Damian: I live over here in the forest, but I won't be needing your services.
Tait: Is that so?
Damian: Yeah...Where I come from, I won't be getting any letters. Which suits me just fine.
Tait: Well still, you never know. What if someone in town wants to send you a letter?
Damian: That wouldn't happen. I'm not really close to anyone there.
Tait: Ah, so you're more of a lone wolf? That's fine too, but could I still come by anyway? Your house isn't far off my usual route at all, and I promise I won't be a burden.
Damian: ...I guess I wouldn't mind.
Tait: *music note*
Tait: Great! See you around, then.
Tait leaves in the direction Damian came.
Damian: ...
Damian: What an odd guy. Still, for a human, I found him kind of interesting.
Damian: *music note*
Damian: Normally I get bored with people, but that Tait guy isn't half bad.
With that, Damian walks toward his tent and the event ends.
