I have NO idea where to put this. Sorry if its on wrong forum. There is no "Forum Help" Forum. But I really need to figure this out.

I was banned because of a COPPA form. I have no idea WHY I was banned because I am above age 13.. and that it is what I selected.

So I need my parents to send in a COPPA form. But I have no idea where they need to email it and who they need to email it to. They said they cant really help me if they dont know. The forum rules dont really give enough information and I cant find anything when I search. So what needs to be in the COPPA form? And who do you send it to? Is there like some thing you have to copy and paste? Or a simple "I allow my child to be on this website".

And does it have to be on a different email you registered on? Cause my parents told me to use my email in case of spam mail. :/

Or does it send you something that you can click "agree" to?

I really want to get back on my account, so my friends on here can recognize me again.

Users are banned when they register that they are under 13, then re-register to state they are over 13 in order to avoid sending in the legally required form. You will need to send in the original COPPA form that was sent with the original registration attempt.

There was no coppa form with the registration.

That was my FIRST attempt, so I have no other email. does this mean I can never make an account on here? Cause I will never have another email. I tried making one on a different email and I did say I was over 13. So it doesn't matter. What do I do if there is no other email?

your not alone in this issue i registered yesterday and i can assure you i am well over 13 and it banned me this morning under that form
