When I made my account, I tried with several emails but they didnt get the email, so I finally got one on my yahoo email account. I said I was above 13 EVERY TIME. So why was I banned for a coppa form?

And since I have to send in the coppa form of the original register, and there IS no original register, then what do I do? I have NO COPPA form. Can they re-send one? Or am I forever banned from ever making an account because I cant send in this unexistant COPPA form? :/ help please. What do I do for them to re-send in a COPPA form? Do I send an email requesting it? Help.

If you had, then there wouldn't of been a COPPA re-registration ban.

You tried to register in April and indicated you were under 13.

My hands are tied when it comes to complying with US LAW. You either send in the permission form per your original registration, you post on the forum without registering, or you unfortunately will have to register on a different forum.

I don't remember doing that. And besides, even if I did, I have a lot of emails and I don't know what email that was under. Do you think making another account saying I'm under 13 so I can send in the coppa form from that sign in might work? Or can I email a board administrator about this?
