Can it ever rain/snow on a bazzaar day? I havn't ever seen it (always sunny for me) but is it just rare or impossible?

Maybe less customers since they would be walking around in the rain, and that would not be good.

Kinda wish rain affected the characters more.. I hate how they just stand out in it.. Too bad they don't get sick

I think it is stupid how the characters mostly do the same thing even if it is raining. They don't even wear a coat! Well the exception is Marlin from HMDS Cute. He always stayed indoors when it rained as he had some sort of illness...
