Glitch? [Not a glitch]

Ok, why is it that when it's raining and I don't push my sheep outside, I'll walk up and find them outside?? I know my dogs aren't bringing them out... But they just randomly walk around in my field... I'm in summer of year one, and I really don't like having to buy animal medicine after every rainy day.
:(
Mabye your dogs forgot to bring it in the day before.
or the sheep got stuck when the dog tried bringing it in and it remained outside.
I get this problem alot to...and it is also with sheep only, never had such an issue with the cows.
At 5pm cheak the back and make sure nothings back there, i think 5pm is when the dogs bring the animals in.

Not really a glitch... it's just that whenever you re-enter the barn, your cows and sheep are moved around randomly, and if they're close to the outside door, then while you are in the barn they might sneak outside.
You could try always exiting the barn by the outside door (not going into your house) on bad-weather days. Then at least if somebody did sneak out you should see them right away and hopefully catch them and push them back inside before they get too far away from the door.
My sheep were particularly fond of getting out on stormy days and getting blown all the way over to the trees around the farthest field, where of course I could not see them and they were almost impossible to push back in over such a long distance even if I did notice them. I usually reloaded those days. ^_^

In year 1 I had ALOT more rain than I did in other HM games! But now I am in year 2 there doesn't seem to be as much. I have seen that with my sheep, but it is always the same sheep with me.....Hagaren wrote:I don't know... I've had very unlucky streaks of rain in my game. I wish you would get some sort of music while it's raining.Lacipyt wrote:Luckily it doesn't rain as much in this game as it did in IoH.
So glad for that.

It's never the same sheep for me. Just randomly throws one of the five I have out in the field, or in my planting field. I've gotten to where I don't use the side barn door on rainy days and after I've said hello to everyone and done what I need to do I just stand in front of the barn door to keep them from getting out.
