One, triple or quadruple posting is ridiculous. You'll get an IP ban if you carry on like that.
Two, Cher is a busy woman, she is on fairly often, you've obviously just missed her.
Three, there's several websites and forums here. use them.

This is not a place to whine. Its the internet and some people will be mean to you. Cher takes the time out of her life to create the guides and manage this forum. Before asking her to do anything more for you, take the time to look at the information readily available. You can usually get a response in the forum within the hour and the guides provide plenty of information.
Cher is the site's webmistress. I don't think she keeps a regular schedule for being on, but I believe she's been busy working on the Tale of Two Towns gameguide anyway. I can't wait to see how it turns out myself.
