When you come out of your house in the morning, there's a green cicada just to the left of the door and flies away if you come out of the house instead of the barn. I've been trying to catch it, but with no luck. I've managed to get the ones off the trees without a problem, but that one on my house I can't get. Does anyone know if you can catch it? And if you can, anyone have any tips?
Wait. You can actually catch that Cicada? I've tried it soooo often that i eventually just told myself that it was just there as a tease (pretty much like Alisa is in the recent HMs the poor thing)

Walk, don't run. Also, pick up the basket and move it away from that area. Then, once everything is clear, jump up, hit the B button a couple of times real fast, and voila~
Also, if you stand right by the door of your house (stand inside) and double-jump, you can twist your charrie around really quickly to spam B to catch it, and it won't fly away.

've been wondering about that myself but i want to catch it anyway simply for satisfactory purposes. 'till now i still wasn't able to catch it I was already practically in front of it spamming B and still to no avail...
