Villagers not following schedule?

This is the second time: the first on Spring 19 and now it's Spring 31. I've looked around but I can't find any explanation for this. Everybody stays inside and I can't find any flowers or things to forage for around the village. The cafe and Raul's shop are still open though.

Am I missing something? @_____@

Um...is it raining? The villagers follow a different schedule if it is.

I checked the rainy day schedules as well. And it was only raining on Spring 31. Spring 19 it was sunny.
