I just preordered from Gamestop earlier today.

They have a bonus now (they didn't when I looked a week ago) where you can get the alpaca plushie.

If I were to preorder the game, do they have a certain time limit after its release date for us to pick it up? I'll be starting school again in the fall so I don't know if I could get it until a week later. D:

Plus, I don't think Gamestop allows other people to pick up for you and I don't want my mom to know I'm getting another game anyway. ;p

I think reserves are good for two weeks after the game releases, but don't quote me on that. Best to ask your local Gamestop for that.

I think Gamestop back in the day did allow others to pick up reserves as long as you had the receipt to prove the purchase, but I'm not quite sure about their new policies.

Decided that knowing it was not on pre-order was bugging me. So I pre-ordered it anyway /w Alpaca plushie (whether or not they'll ship it across the pond I'm not sure - I can hope!) rather than waiting until September to order like I originally said. (^_^)

If you preordered before they released the plushie on GameStop will you still get it? Cause I preordered already. And will they ship the plushie to Europe?

When is it coming out? There aren't too many people around this city that care for games like HM so it's not like I have to rush to do it, but I still like reserving games like it simply because they make you feel like you got it first lol.

The exact same with me! I'm the only one out of all my friends who likes Harvest Moon. I preordered last week I think.

I'm wondering this [the latter] too. I deliberately didn't order until I saw the mention of the plushie just to make sure. Any other European HM fans have any experience they can share?

I'm not too fussed if I don't get it though - I was actually more concerned that they'd ask for some sort of verification about my address because they seem fussy about orders placed outside America. But it looks like it won't be a problem now so I'm happy - I just want to be able to play the game without having to wait a 1yr+ for it to come out over here. ^_^

Supposedly September 13th, but I don't think it's been officially confirmed. (If it has then someone feel free to correct me~)

I haven't pre-ordered yet. I probably will, though, next time I go to GameStop. I've got a hundred bucks stashed away so it's not like I have to worry about that. It's one of four games I'd really like to get before Christmas, assuming it comes out by then. I hope it does. ^^;

My boyfriend ordered himself a copy to get me the alpaca plushie. I'll probably have to wait until Thanksgiving break to get mine unless I find a kind friend at school and a nearby game shop.

Same here... Everytime I do, I never get any plushie cause GameStop always says that they don't have any -___-
I don't really understand GameStop.... Are you supposed to pick up the plushie after you preorder or the day or the release?
