Do I have to brush my cow/sheep every day so it won't get stressed? Or is it enough to just talk to them? Brushing them is so annoying...
And is it enough if I just talk to the chickens or do I have to pick them up too?

it will make them less stress if you pick/pet them every day unless you want them to get sick easier.
Plus it will make them like you faster so it's not that bad.....well kinda but well that's HM for you.

I don't want their frindship to rise, it doesn't matter, it gets higher fast enough. I'm just wondering if they have no stress and I talk to them, they have food, but I don't brush them the stress will rise?

I have the max of animals, 10 cows and 10 sheep, and all I do is talk to them. Their heart levels do not lower, they just go up slower. It would take about quite a long time in-game to brush 20 animals.

Thank you! Well, I was losing my mind after brushing 3 of them and just stopped, it's so annoying because the brushing takes so much time.

I think I went a little longer than 3, but I remember counting the brush strokes on each animal, 1...2...3... next 1...2...3... next 1...2...3..., and going crazy.
