I was just wondering if the lines of the villagers ever change? Or is it only the bachelors this time?

Nope the villager's lines change too.

I'm pretty sure they also have to be in a certain spot for you to hear it though.

Glad to hear they change... I guess my problem is that I often talk to them in the same place, like when they're outside and I'm pretty sure they don't change there - they never did.

Yeah normally the place where you hear new dialog is inside their homes. So talking to them outside probably won't have any differences.

If I'm not mistaken it, it also changes with time of day? Because when I talk to Claire in the morning, she says the thing about her humble home, but when I talk to her in the evening, she complains about Kevin's pranks.

another thing to add, Sometimes diolouge changed depending on where they are in there houses. Felix will say something different if he's upstairs in his house. Raul will say different things when he isnt working.

Yep. It changes when you earn FP with someone.
